Nassauville, FL is a large community in an unincorporated area of east Nassau County, Florida. The area lies south of A1A along County Road 107. Nassauville is one of the last areas of east Nassau County where one can purchase one acre or larger lots, some along navigable deep water.

Most areas of Nassauville have homes ranging from single wide mobile homes to 4000 square foot mansions along the creeks and rivers. The minimum lot size is one acre to accommodate both wells and septic systems. There is a scattering of buildable lots still available but finding just the right one could prove to be a challenge.

Nassauville is 20-25 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport and River City Marketplace. At River City Marketplace you can find a number of clothing outlets and restaurants including Gander Mountain and Dick’s Sporting Goods. New restaurants have opened at River City including Carraba’s and Outback along with BJ’s Brewhouse.
